Mind Your Gut Workshop

Uncontrolled stress negatively affects your gut and your brain, often leading to ill-health. During this 75 minute workshop you will learn about the intimate connection between your gut and your brain. Science-backed information and practical tools will be shared so you can take positive steps to regain and maintain the health of your gut-brain axis.

Assess, Then Respond Workshop

Have you ever looked back and thought that you could have handled a stressful situation differently? Being able to step back and breathe before responding is very useful for controlling the stress response. During this 75 minute workshop we will cover the science and provide tools for acting mindfully and appraising (potentially) stressful situations, giving you control in the moment and resilience for the future.
