In two hours pre-teens (11-13yr) will learn about the stress response and engage in hands-on activities carefully designed to be fun while teaching useful take-away stress control tools. Topics include: Let’s Talk About Stress, Mindfulness Matters, Get Out in Nature, Create to be Calm, and Eat for Your Brain.

During this 75 minute workshop we will cover the science and provide tools for acting mindfully, giving you control in the moment and resilience for the future.
